DSL Graphic Designs is dedicated to providing top-notch graphic design services, tailored to the unique needs of each of our clients. To ensure a seamless experience, we encourage all clients to review our policies before beginning any project.
It is important to have ideas, inspirations, and an input when it comes to your design service request. I am happy design something based on what my vision is but we all have different visions! My creativity may not match what you are looking for without more input. You will be provided your first sample and after that there will be revision limit. I will be sure to stay in contact with you through out the design phase. If we are in revision stages there is a 2 day turnaround time before project is canceled and deposit goes towards time spent to provide drafts already sent.
PRICING AND DEPOSIT
All a la carta services will need to be paid in full at the time of checkout. In order for requested work to begin, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required. Deposit should be received within 24 hours of invoice being sent or project maybe canceled. All pricing with DSL Graphic Designs is subject to change at any time. If there has been an agreed pricing set before design phase begins, pricing will be valid until project is complete. Payment can be made through invoice sent by card.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
To cancel a project, cancellations must be given within 24 hours of deposit being made. Refunds will be refunded the same way payment was made. If samples are provided within the 24 hour timeframe of deposit being made, no refund will be given. Once deposit is given your project is added to our design queue. Refunds will not be given after 24 hours of deposit being made. Policy will only be modified for certain circumstances.
Digital downloads are non-refundable due to item being immediately emailed after checking out.
Standard turnaround time to receive first design sample is 5-7 business days. Turnaround time is based off of project load. You will be notified before project is started if turnaround time will be longer. Standard turnaround time is subject to change and will updated on site.
During the design process, sample work will be provided to get to a final design. Sample work should not try to be used outside of design phase for personal use. All sample/draft work is property of DSL Graphic Designs.
I understand the importance of getting your vision design how you see it, but to help move project queue along there is a limit of (4) revisions after first draft is given. There will be a $10 fee per revision after limit has been reached. There will be a $15 revision fee after final files have been sent.
During the final design phase you will be asked to provide approval via email. By providing approval you agree that the final samples/drafts sent to you meet your vision, information is correct, and spelling is correct. Once approval is given there will be no changes made to your design. Any additional changes will result in revision fee charge.
