  • Is a deposit required for services?
    Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required before any design work is started.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    Card payments can be made through invoice sent. Additional payments such as Paypal, Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle are accepted once agreement is made.
  • What is the turnaround time for design services?
    5-7 business days before first sample is provided. Rush services available on some design services.
  • Why aren't your prices list on your website?
    Some services require more information and details before exact pricing can be given. No one likes to purchase something and not be aware there are add ons needed that will cost more right?
